What happens after submitting the inquiry form?
You will be contacted by one of our specialists who will arrange a specific time based on your requirements and answer any questions you may have and briefly guide you through the entire cleaning process and procedure.
How does the normal cleaning process work?
Our staff follows a checklist for each cleaning, including all the activities in your purchased package.
How is payment for the cleaning done?

All services you have purchased and used will be invoiced in your name or in your company’s name and delivered electronically to your
email address. The standard invoice payment period is 5 days.

What about tools and resources for cleaning?
Everything needed for cleaning is provided for you by our company in our own responsibility, so you do not have to worry about anything. In case of special requirements, your cleaning products can be used.
How are cleaning complaints handled?
In the event of a complaint, please make sure that the service you are complaining about is part of the package you have purchased.

We treat each claim individually and make every effort to resolve it within 3 working days.
